Will my order deliver in time for Christmas?
For delivery by Christmas Day, orders need to be placed by these dates:
Dec. 8th- Framed Prints
Dec 11th- Art prints
Dec. 19th- All other products
When will my order ship?
All Sense & Sanity branded wall art, prints and clothing is made-to-order.
Sense & Sanity Artwork:
- Please allow 3-12 business days for production.
- Please allow 3-6 business days for shipping.
Sense & Sanity Apparel:
- Will ship out 1-2 business days after order is placed.
Artwork & Items Designed By Brand Partners:
Shipping times may vary. Please see individual product details for estimated ship dates. All items are shipped via GROUND or USPS. Tracking numbers will be provided via email for every order. Please leave at least 24 hours after tracking is emailed to reflect accurate updates.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email to hello@senseandsanity.com within the same business day. Please note, Sense & Sanity branded wall art, prints and clothing are made-to-order and are instantly put into production upon ordering and cannot be canceled.
I received a damaged item.
We sincerely apologize that your item was damaged in shipping. Please start a return request so we want to take care of this for you right away!

Refunds & Exchanges
We offer refund and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Where is my refund?
Refunds are issued 7-10 business days after the item is received. If you have already processed your return, and it past 10 business days, please check with your bank then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
